Rare and Wonderful: Principia’s Rare Bible Collection
Come hear the histories behind the rare Bibles, psalters, and prayer books from the college’s Rare Book and Manuscript Collection with Library Director, Lisa Walpole Roberts C ‘(90). Students in religion classes have the opportunity to see these precious items through special exhibits and now it’s your turn. The exhibit includes 12th and 13th century manuscripts, a 1613 King James Bible, a first printed edition of the Wycliffe Bible, a stunning jeweled Book of Common Prayer and much more!
